Comfortable gym clothes that let you move freely are perfect. Many people train barefoot, but lightweight sneakers are fine too if preferred.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. We’ve designed our classes to be accessible for all levels, from total beginners to seasoned gym-goers. You’ll build fitness as you go – one class at a time.
We provide gloves and pads for beginners. As you progress, you may want your own gloves, hand wraps or shin guards, but we’ll walk you through that when the time’s right.
