What should I wear to class?
Loose-fitting gym clothes are fine to begin. Once you're ready to commit, we’ll help you get set up with a karate gi and belt.
Will I need to purchase any equipment?
Just a uniform to start. Down the track, we may recommend gloves or mitts for certain drills, but we’ll guide you when the time comes.
